What To Expect

We'll take your team out for a one-hour fitness class comprising of cardio, strength, and mobility exercises. While most exercises will be bodyweight-based, all materials and equipment, such as resistance bands, medicine balls, and mats, will be provided by Revision Athletics. Your coworkers will get expert coaching on how to exercise with proper form and intensity, as well as sleep and stress management, and healthy eating tips. These classes provide a great way for employees to bond while getting healthier and exploring the city. Classes can also be done indoors if the company has an open space to use.

  • Trainer shows up at office and takes up to (10) employees on a one-hour workout.
  • All equipment will be provided by Revision Athletics.

About Revision Athletics

Our mission is to raise the standards of fitness. At Revision Athletics we meet you at your current fitness level and adjust the workout accordingly. You will be given the knowledge of how to move your body correctly, listen to what it's telling you, and get the most out of each workout. Our coaches are constantly learning new techniques to support the health transformation for our clients. Whether you're looking to increase your strength, endurance, flexibility, or speed, we will teach you how to take advantage of your strengths while working on your weaknesses to become a more well rounded athlete.

There is a worrisome trend of boutique fitness studios promising you a great workout by putting you in a dark room, turning up the music, and making you work at high intensity for 40-60 minutes without taking the time to find out who you are, what fitness level you're coming in at, or what is going on in your life. Yes you may leave covered in $40 worth of sweat and ringing in your ears but what have you really gained? For those who want more than a good playlist and a sweat soaked shirt it's time to take your workout outdoors.

By committing to our program you are taking the steps to revise and transform your health. The coaches will help hold you accountable to show up, put in the effort required to achieve your goal, and become as fit as possible. We used Alex for our "Active" week at our offices. Alex took a group of 15 through a Bootcamp class, which included stretching, squats, and many other body weight movements. The employees that took the class were all on different fitness levels, but Alex made sure to constantly check in with each person, and to also modify movements if need be. Very positive energy which the group took well. We would love to use Alex again in the future!
